ORDERS IN UKRAINE

We deliver all over Ukraine using Nova Poshta service. 

Please note that the transport service does not deliver the order to the war zone and occupied territories.

The term of delivery in Ukraine by the transportation service «Nova Poshta» is:

• delivery to major cities: 1-2 days;
• 2-4 days in offices in cities and towns, far from the central roads.

The cost of delivery in Ukraine is according to the tariffs of Nova Poshta.

The service of free delivery to the post office or automated parcel terminal in Ukraine is valid for orders with a price of more than 4000 UAH on the condition of full payment.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We deliver orders all over the world (with the exception of russia and belarus). The sending of orders is carried out with the assistance of the Ukrposhta logistics department at a single fixed price – 15$. The estimated delivery time  may differ from 2 weeks up to 1,5 months depending on the destination country. Please, note that during war shipping terms may be longer. Please note that we are not responsible for customs delays.

When arriving in the destination country, international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes from the destination country. The recipient is responsible for the extra cost of customs clearance. In turn, we do not control these expenses and cannot provide the amount and procedure of customs payments. 

CARE TIPS FOR YOUR JEWELRY

Everything in our collection is crafted with longevity in mind. Here we share tips on how to make your pieces last as long as they were designed to.

How to care for precious metals:

1. Keep your jewelry away from household cleaning fluids, makeup and care products.
2. Put your jewelry on last, especially after you have finished applying your lotions, fragrances, hairspray, perfume, makeup, etc.
3. Remove jewelry before showering, washing your hands, bathing or swimming (chlorine and salt water can damage your jewelry).
4. Always take off your jewelry before a workout, as sweat can cause  jewelry to tarnish.
5. Remove jewelry before going to bed.
6. Store your jewelry in original packaging. Do not store your jewelry inside metal boxes as this can tarnish the metal.
7. Store jewelry separately, ideally in a cloth bag or wrapped in a soft cloth to prevent scratching. Avoid contact with imitation jewelry.
8. Clean your jewelry regularly, using professional cleaning products.

Cleaning:

• Cleaning your jewelry on your own is a very good idea. You can clean precious metals such as gold and silver with warm soapy water, or toothpaste and a soft brush. Make sure the brush is very soft otherwise it can cause scratches. Use a soft cloth to dry and buff your jewelry once it’s cleaned.
• Use a jewelry cleaning cloth to polish slightly tarnished areas and restore the jewelry’s shine.
• If the discoloration and dullness persist, consider using a jewelry bath solution.
• Jewelry containing colorful details should not be cleaned in a jewelry bath.
