DELIVERY
DELIVERY OF ORDERS IN UKRAINE
We deliver all over Ukraine using Nova Poshta service.
Please note that the transport service does not deliver the order to the war zone and occupied territories.
You will be able to receive the order in the nearest departments and automated parcel terminals of Nova Poshta or using the courier service at your convenient address. The customer pays for the delivery based on the operator’s rates.
The term of delivery in Ukraine by the transportation service «Nova Poshta» is:
- delivery to major cities: 1-2 days;
- 2-4 days in offices in cities and towns, far from the central roads.

The cost of delivery in Ukraine is according to the tariffs of Nova Poshta.
The service of free delivery to the post office or automated parcel terminal in Ukraine is valid for orders with a price of more than 5 000 UAH on the condition of full payment.
DELIVERY OF INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We deliver orders all over the world (with the exception of russia and belarus). The sending of orders is carried out with the assistance of the Ukrposhta logistics department at a single fixed price – 15$. The estimated delivery time may differ from 2 weeks up to 1,5 months depending on the destination country. Please, note that during war shipping terms may be longer. Please note that we are not responsible for customs delays.
When arriving in the destination country, international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes from the destination country. The recipient is responsible for the extra cost of customs clearance. In turn, we do not control these expenses and cannot provide the amount and procedure of customs payments.
RECEIPT OF THE ORDER
To receive an order, you need proof of identity. Your documentation details and recipient information need to match. When receiving goods at the post office or courier delivery, verify if there are any defects or industrial defects.
If you find a defect when inspecting the goods, you can immediately refuse it and fill out an application form indicating the defects. If defects are found after receipt, the return of the goods may be refused.
